Data Deletion Instructions

Top Ideal respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how you can request deletion of the data we hold about you in connection with our omnichannel messaging platform, including data received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.

01How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@top-ideal.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

If you messaged a business through Top Ideal: that business controls your conversation with them. We will either action your deletion request directly or pass it to the relevant business so it can be completed.

02What we delete

On a verified request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, including message content, attachments, profile information, and identifiers linked to your conversations, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud and abuse.

03How long it takes

We aim to confirm receipt of your request within a few business days and to complete verified deletion requests without undue delay, and in any case within the period required by applicable law. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

04Deleting a connected account (for business customers)

If you are a business customer and want your entire workspace and its data removed, email privacy@top-ideal.tech from the email address associated with your account. Closing your account removes your workspace data, subject to any retention required by law.
